Looking for a Speech Therapist

Things to consider:

  1. Are they qualified as a Speech Therapist?
  2. Are they registered with HCPC and RCSLT?
  3. Do they have experience in the area of speech therapy you need help with?

A good place to look for a qualified and appropriate Speech Therapist working independently (privately) is the ASLTIP website ( This website has a search facility to help you find an independent speech therapist in your area. The search is done at random by your postcode, but can be narrowed down by putting in preferences, such as, the age of the person to be treated and type of treatment required.

Notice Board
